Julianna has had a passion for dancing since she was very young. She studied ballet in her hometown at UW Milwaukee, and subsequently was introduced to Belly Dancing while visiting the San Francisco Bay area. She took up her Middle Eastern Dance training primarily in Minneapolis with Cassandra Shore, Margo Abdo O'Dell and in Miami with Tamalyn Dallal. Through workshops, seminars, and private lessons, Julianna has studied and trained under many other exceptional belly dancers, as well- most recently with Master Teacher and BellyDance SuperstarJillina.

Julianna continues to find inspiration and exposes herself to a variety of dance performance and theatre. She is an accomplished dancer, performer, teacher, writer, choreographer, costume designer... Julianna has implemented her fine arts background into producing numerous shows and elaborate theatrical productions that are very well received in the theatre and dance community.

Julianna is a very active performer and teacher; having large classes throughout the year; dancing several nights per week in Minneapolis restaurants; teaching at workshops across the nation; and also leading a dance troupe-
Julianna and the Blue Lotus Dancers.

Julianna keeps up her training and continues teaching with her unique and graceful style (along with sharp technique) as her students anxiously await the completion of her training video in production for the coming year.
